PSP Year End Strategy Conference (JP): Dissidia dated, ad-hoc megaton, etc

Gemaga is reporting that today Sony unveiled the new PSP-3000 model’s release date and pricing in Japan. It’ll be out on 16th October for 19800yen.

It also says there are two major new PSP developments that were announced:

1) The PSP will be able to directly connect to the store and buy downloadable contents.

2) Ad-hoc mode PSP games will be able to use the PS3 to communicate and play with other users over long distance.
