WeGame has posted a whooping nine videos about Dead Space from an EA community event they attended. They include interviews with producers, a creature design presentation by the lead concept artist, a lighting presentation by the lead lighting engineer, an environments presentation by the art director, a presentation on scripted events by a producer and two demonstrations of combat and in-game features.
